Aleksandra Księżak is a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She has studied at the University of Limerick School of Law and completed a course in American Law Studies organised by the University of Warsaw in association with Emory University and Georgia State University. She is experienced in advising on payment services and consumer law. She is involved in licencing proceedings, in particular IT security issues. She has taken part in projects concerning enactment of key FinTech legislation (the GDPR and PSD2). She is also interested in commercial insurance law.
