Dr. Konrad Stolarski is an attorney at law, doctor of laws and graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He is an associate and lecturer at the Chair of European Law of the Jagiellonian University, scholar at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, member of the Polish Association of European Law and winner of Polish and International legal competitions and awards. He has wide experience in representing dLK clients before public administration authorities, common courts and administrative courts, including transborder proceedings. He has advised clients in numerous projects of multijurisdictional character, simultaneously subject to different national and international legal systems. Legal expert of the Polish Organization of non-bank Payment Institutions (PONIP). His specialist practice focus are EU law, competition law, new technologies law and regulation of financial markets, as well as matters concerning money laundering and terrorist financing.
