Mikołaj Cegłowski is a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the German Law School organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Bonn. Before joining the DLK team in 2018, he gained professional experience at a leading law firm specialising in restructuring and bankruptcy law.
His practice focus and specialisation is financial institutions and payment services law (FinTech) and AML/CFT regulations. He also advises clients on corporate law.
He has worked on many successful projects related to the authorisation and registration of payment service providers, both before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and a foreign supervisory authority.
He advises clients in the Polish and English languages.
