Aleksandra Księżak is a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She has studied at the University of Limerick School of Law and completed a course in American Law Studies organised by the University of Warsaw in association with Emory University and Georgia State University.
She specialises in payment services and consumer law. She is regularly involved in licencing proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and foreign supervisory authorities, in particular in IT security issues. She has taken part in projects concerning enactment of key FinTech legislation (the GDPR and PSD2) and in projects in the area of IT and new technologies. She is also interested in commercial insurance law.She advises clients in the Polish and English languages
